If your purchase wasn’t processed correctly, we can help by submitting a claim directly with the store providing you give us some information. If after 5 days your transaction hasn’t processed as pending, simply complete the missing Avios claim form.

We’ll add a pending purchase to your account and submit your claim with the stores. All stores have their own timelines to review claims but we expect the stores to investigate and respond within 120 days. To ensure your shopping transactions are successful and earning you Avios, make sure you follow the best practice guidelines listed under FAQs.

Enrolment and Eligibility

What are Lifestyle Rewards?

Lifestyle Rewards is an E-store within Privilege Club that has links to over 400+ retail brands across the USA. Upon successfully completing any purchases from any of those brands you can earn Avios depending on the value of your order.

Once you visit the brand website’s shopping page from Lifestyle Rewards (E-store), and successfully complete any purchases, Avios will be credited to your Privilege Club account. Please ensure to accept all cookies both on Lifestyle Rewards and on the relevant brand’s website, for us to be able to track your purchase confirmation.

To use the Lifestyle Rewards (E-store), you must be a Main Member of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club (including the Student Club). Access to the E-store is permitted only using your Privilege Club Account. If your Privilege Club Account is linked with a Partner loyalty programme (such as the British Airways Executive Club) you must move your Avios from that loyalty programme to Privilege Club to use them to participate on Lifestyle Rewards.

Yes, it is mandatory to enroll into Privilege Club to be eligible to earn Avios. Purchases done directly on the brand’s websites will not be eligible for Avios accrual. Please ensure that you visit the brand’s sites from the links provided in the Lifestyle Rewards page.

Earning Avios

How many Avios will I earn?

Upon visiting Lifestyle Rewards, you can view the number of Avios that you are eligible to earn listed on each brand’s tile. If there are any offers or campaigns ongoing, it will be visible as well.

Yes, this is a unique opportunity to earn in two loyalty programs for the same purchase.

No, you will not spend more by using Lifestyle Rewards. On top of that, you will earn Avios for your purchases made.

We recommend to remove any items that you have previously saved to your cart, as it may have an effect on receiving your Avios. It’s best to start your shopping directly from the brand’s website link from Lifestyle Rewards.

It takes up to 5 working days for a purchase to display as ‘Pending’. If it is still not visible, it may be that the web browser used at the time of purchase had cookies disabled. Cookies allow us to track your purchase, if they were disabled, then we are unable to credit Avios to your Account.

Here are some best practice guidelines to help make sure you receive your Avios:

  • Make sure you sign in to your Privilege Club account before clicking on the ‘Shop Now’ button on the Lifestyle Rewards page.
  • Ensure to complete your purchase online all in one session.
  • Some internet security and ad-blocking software programs prevent the special tracking codes that are needed to track your purchase(s), please disable your program before using the Lifestyle Rewards page.
  • After checkout, if you wish to purchase additional items, please close the retailer website and restart the process from the Lifestyle Rewards page.
  • Please avoid:
    • Switching website links within the merchant’s site (such as switching to another country’s link) for making a purchase; this would lose tracking once the country’s domain has changed.
    • Retrieving previously saved items in your shopping cart. Please close the retailer website and restart the process from the Lifestyle Rewards page.
    • Retrieving a saved quote (for insurance purchases) or using a renewal offer (for existing insurance policyholders). Please close the retailer website and restart the process from the Lifestyle Rewards page.
    • Clicking on another banner or website promoting the retailer before you complete your transaction. If you must visit another site before completing your purchase, please use a different browser to do so. Interrupting the browser session that started from the Lifestyle Rewards page may affect tracking.
    • using a coupon code which isn’t displayed on the Lifestyle Rewards page at the time of your purchase.
    • Completing or modifying your order by phone/physically as it will override the Lifestyle Rewards tracking required to credit your Avios.
    • Using referral programs to earn Avios, as it would not consider Qatar Airways as the referrer.

Avios can be reversed due to the following reasons:

  • You have returned the products you purchased to the retailer.
  • Your payment failed or you didn’t meet the requirements of the retailer’s credit check.
  • Your new registration has not been deemed genuine.
  • Your last click with this retailer didn’t come from the Lifestyle Rewards page.
  • Your transaction didn’t meet the retailer’s Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change from time to time.
  • If a coupon code is used that is not listed on the Lifestyle Rewards page, no Avios will be earned.

It takes about 8-12 weeks for the Avios to be credited into your Privilege Club account.

Upon completion of a successful purchase from a retailer, the transaction will appear in your Lifestyle Rewards page as ‘Pending’ status. Once we confirm the transaction with the retailer, the status will update to ‘Approved’.

The calculation of Avios excludes any shipping fee, handling fee, taxes, or if a voucher has been redeemed for purchase.

All cancellations are processed subject to the brand’s terms and conditions. Avios will be credited for completed purchases. In the event Avios were credited and the cancellation or refund gets processed afterwards, the necessary Avios will be debited from your account balance.

The Avios earned from shopping with specific brands depends on the brand and how much are they willing to award for shopping with them, which are subject to change at any time. Please ensure to check the number of Avios you would earn before completing a purchase.

You need to login to your Privilege Club account to track your purchases. If you have forgotten your password, please click here to reset your password.

Delivery

How will I receive my items that I have purchased?

Delivery of the items that you have purchased will be handled directly by the brand you have completed shopping with. Please ensure you have updated your correct shipping address. If you want to enquire more about shipping and handling, please reach out to the brand’s store directly.

I often shop from a brand and would like to recommend adding them on to the Lifestyle Rewards platform. How can I do that?

We endeavor to update our catalogue and seek for new brands to join us. If you know of a great online service or shop that you would like to see added to our growing list, please let us know by submitting a form here.

From time to time Retailers may decide they no longer wish to participate in the [Estore Site Name] and offer points to members. When this happens, we thank them for participating and remove them from our listings.
