The calculation of Avios excludes any shipping fee, handling fee, taxes, or if a voucher has been redeemed for purchase.
All cancellations are processed subject to the brand’s terms and conditions. Avios will be credited for completed purchases. In the event Avios were credited and the cancellation or refund gets processed afterwards, the necessary Avios will be debited from your account balance.
